When does the Nusuk competition start and end?
The competition starts on 1 November 2026 and ends on 20 December 2026, according to the official FAQ. That is 50 days, with a draw every day.
How many winners are there?
One winner is drawn every day for a free Umrah trip for themselves and a companion of their choice. That makes 50 winners and 50 companions, so 100 Umrah trips in total, plus 10,000 cartons of Zamzam water for the daily Zamzam winners. The app says 11 winners are announced every day.
What does the free Umrah prize include?
The trip is for the winner and one companion. It includes the Umrah visa, travel tickets, 10 nights’ accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, plus transportation and guidance services. The prize can’t be transferred, exchanged or paid out in cash.
What is the Zamzam water prize?
Each daily Zamzam winner receives 20 cartons of Zamzam water, which they can gift to anyone. Delivery is only to citizens and residents inside Saudi Arabia.
How do Nusuk keys work?
You get one free key every day, and it expires at the end of the day. Each successful share gives you and the other person one extra key each.
When is the draw held?
The draw is held at random once a day. If you answer correctly after that day’s draw, your answer isn’t lost: it goes into the next draw automatically, and the app shows you when that is.
How are winners announced?
Winners are announced every day on Nusuk’s official accounts (@MyNusuk), and their names appear on the “Winners” page inside the game in the app. Winners are contacted by email, so use a valid email address. If a winner can’t be reached within 30 days, they lose the prize.
Who can take part?
Anyone aged 18 or over, of any nationality, unless the law in their country prohibits it. Each person can win only once: after a win, their entry into the draw closes.
Does it cost anything to take part?
No. Taking part is completely free. Ignore any message asking you to pay a fee, share your password or OTP, or send passport details to claim a prize. Real winners are contacted by email and listed in the app and on @MyNusuk.
I have a problem with the app. Who do I contact?
For sign-in problems or error messages, call Nusuk app technical support on 920002814. For code and key problems, see our fixes page.
Is NusukKey official?
No. NusukKey is an independent community website where people swap invite codes. It is not run by Nusuk or the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, and it never asks for your Nusuk login.
